Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, on the day you've received the product you 7-14 days to contact us, and 30 days to ship it to us.

Please note that you will pay for any additional fees to return the product to us.

Pieces not in original condition, or pieces that have been modified by customer are final sale.

1 - Once the product has been received, the buyer must inform the seller within 7 days.

2 - The products must be returned before 30 Days.

3 - Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer.

4 - Pearls must be in original condition.

5 - The buyer did not use any Discount Code.

6 - There is a tag on the product, it must not be removed or tampered with for return.

Before making a purchase, you can request additional images or videos, or consult with a member of our staff if you are eligible for refund.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will immediately issue a refund or a request of exchanging products with other items in our store will also be possible.
